Programs
As
part of Birding activities, following programs were organised and are being conducted
to study and monitor the avion status of Bhopal and the surrounding
areas :
- The
Indian Peafowl (Pavo cristatus), Assessment of present
population status and threats - A Questionnaire Survey
- Study
of the presence of Bristled Grassbird in Van Vihar National
Park, Bhopal
- Count
of Migratory Water Birds in and around the city of Bhopal
- Backyard
Birding - Creating awareness among citizens to initiate birding
in and around the area they live.
- Birding
camps and trips in major birding spots.
